It’s pretty exciting to see the result of so much hard work. This is certainly a welcome sight:

Well, it’s official — iCaroler is now “In Review” with Apple. Four days from submission to “In Review.” Hopefully the path to approval will be speedy! Currently the average approval time is around two weeks, so far, so good!

Today we completed “presubmission” of iCaroler to the iTunes App Store. Basically that means we submitted everything about the app EXCEPT the app itself. Apple allows this so let developers can secure the name of the app they’re working on, since graphics and such need to be built into the app, website, etc. using the name, and if for some reason the name weren’t available that could mean a lot of extra work to redo things. So, it seems the iCaroler name is in the clear, so good news there!

The app itself is very close to being done. We’re putting finishing touches on things like buttons and graphics. Very soon you’ll be able to go see and hear iCaroler for yourself! Stay tuned.
